During Peak Season, national Holidays, Christmas Holidays, New Year’s Holidays, Chinese New Year, the price may be changed due to the change in hotel price.

If customer who does not want to join tour, must pay 80USD per pax per day for surcharge.

The person who cannot pass the immigration in the Incheon National Airport, Tour fare will not be refunded.

The above quotation is based on group tour so the Individual schedule is not permitted in the itinerary.

It is unable that the residents in Korea join with the group

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation must be also notified 2 weeks before the arrival

Following cancellation charges shall be applied for late notice:

ONCE ISSUING FLIGHT TICKET: CANCELLATION = 10% (DEPOSIT FARE)

5~8 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: CANCELLATION = 30% OF TOUR FARE

7~3DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: CANCELLATION = 50% OF TOUR FARE

2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: CANCELLATION = 100% OF TOUR FARE

No refunds shall be made if a group participant leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, whether voluntarily, after the trip has begun. Additionally, no refunds shall be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services that are not utilized.
